@@KenneyCmusic hey Kinney. I’m in cross G. GDGD. I am playing by ear and I do a mix of straight bowing and shuffle bow it’s not really planned out. Songs like this it’s hard to know where to press the finger so I do a lot of slides and then just stop when my ear tells me I slid to the right spot
@@Yallquietendown I haven’t even attempted to play in cross tuning yet, other than ADAE when I play Whiskey Before Breakfast. I should start experimenting with it. Right on man, you have a great ear for it. I think that’s called Glissando when you slide into the note!

@@KenneyCmusic I haven’t tried standard tuning yet. I really like this tuning because it’s easy to make harmonies with double stops
