How can a host share audio while other co-host is screensharing her powerpoint presentation? Can we do that at the same time?

I added music to my first slide on PowerPoint but no one on the call could hear the music except myself. They could hear my voice but not the music I added to the first slide 🤔
One question can I share my ppt + background music + my voice at the same ?
