RECENTLY AT A FILM INSTITUTE IN SAN MARINO....SOFIA WAS GIVEN A PRIZE.......SHE EXPRESSED WITH GREAT EMOTION HOW MUCH THE FREINDSHIP OF TEBALDI HAD BEEN IMPORTANT TO HER ALL THESE YEARS.........SHE NOTED THAT IN CONGRATULATING HER FOR HER ABILITY TO GENUINLY LOOK AS IF SHE SANG EVERY NOTE........SOFIA SAID THAT FOR HER......THIS PRAISE FROM RENATA....CONSTITUTED HER FIRST GREATEST PRIZE.

Non c'era bisogno di Sofia Loren per avere la perfetta Aida. Roba di Hollywood, Tebaldi era attrice insuperata, basta gia' la voce. Per quanto riguarda la bellezza, poi, la Renata ne aveva un bel mucchio per conto suo, anche struccata. Che bambinate
