This is my favorite Autechre composition. Already because the theme is superb. But also because it is a continuous rise, in stages. And it's very strong given the beginning is already very speed! It is the demonstration of the power of Autechre, the fact that they are the masters, the most powerful. There is something so poisonous, "nasty", threatening ...! The break at 2:21 is pure genius. How the title changes in the fifth minute ... Jimi Hendrix would have knelt and prostrate. It's the blues of our time!

Exactly! If you're not looking for mad sounds, this might not be it. I personally find this song absolutely super groovy, perverted, exhilarating, sexy, funny, dark, abrasive, and super beautiful. Also their music really does best in headphones, as the three dimensional mixing helps organize what is going on. I love the dark surging currents gradually getting denser in the background, the sense of scale and the strong contrasts, sound wise. It just sounds delicious and lush to my ears

Have you listened to any other autechre stuff? Exai might seem a bit daunting if it's the first one you've listened to
