Maybe try black garlic, capers, caper berries. Let's be more original. Don't want this to degenerate into a New York City high end restaurant avocado toast scene...Now do we?

That lemon squeeze was definitely not perfect. They squeezed it sideways instead of downwards for some reason, probably to look better on camera, but it made lemon juice go EVERYWHERE. Drove me nuts to watch lol

I used to work at a salsa factory. And we had so much of all the salsa ingredients, and only a few workers to run the whole place, that we were allowed to basically take home whatever ingredients we wanted, or even take as much finished salsa and dip too. So whenever I wanted I would take a big bag of peeled garlic cloves to use at home. Basically what I’m saying is, you should think about maybe getting a job at a salsa factory to lower your garlic costs.

Sorry I know this comment is a bit older but it reminded me of something you might want to try!! A drizzle of high quality olive oil on vanilla ice cream with some flakey sea salt is DIVINE!! The olive oil adds such a richness and depth of flavor to the ice cream!
