Tip: If you wet your garlic crusher before using it, it will be a lot easier to clean after. Also use the backside of the knife to scrape off the garlic so you don't dull the blade.

I just cooked and it's super tasty!! I even modified recipe,I added parsley and aneth instead of coriander,and even added a little bit of grated cheese too☺️I was cooking on pan,waited to be cold and then ate with fresh tomatoes and black pepper on the top ☺️

I tried this, I found that if you place the buttered side on the sheet pan (vs what shown here), it came out nicer , it has some brown edges. It may be my oven works that way but that's how I liked it.

I Love it.. Way different than the rest with cilantro
this is really the BEST garlic bread i’ve had. i love it so so much and my little brother always licks his fingers right after eating it, LITERALLY! it’s so simple to make so i’ve made it often now , just go make it for dinner you won’t regret it
also i loved it so much i started adding the spread to both sides but it’s too buttery! so if you like more garlic flavor just add more cloves and do it on one side, super tasty that way

Been doin' this with bagels for decades. In the frying pan toasting with garlic butter. It's the BEST way to toast a bagel. The only reason to do it in the oven is if you're adding cheese (and you can do the cheese in the FP too if it's non-stick).
