Just simply put minus all the chaff; If each drive shaft side turns in opposite directions to the other ....OPEN Axle If both sides turn in the same direction as each other ...LSD Axle Simple
There is obviously some confusion what the definition of CW vs CCW (or Clockwise vs Anticlockwise) is. For example, when a car is moving in the forward direction, if the left front wheel is rotating CCW, what is the rotation of the right front wheel?
I’m selling JDM parts for past 20 years I didn’t see any altezza LSD rear differential, that axle turn in one direction All clutch type rear differential turn deferent direction
Lexus IS300 T2 Torsen LSD Overview ruclips.net/video/J5MRZjWnIH8/видео.html Some altezza and is200 (with 7.5” diff) came with a similar LSD (T2 Torsen) many others though swap the non LSD centre in and install an aftermarket clutch pack type LSD
Hi I have a question what would be the brake away spec for early front LSD diff in 02 sti. And smooth filling or notchy centre diff was blown and want to make shore of front before reassembly
AcheLone not 100% it works on decel but i would think so because the gears are always in the same configuration...torsen, detroit tru tracs and i think quaiffe use that worm gears style...those are the best imo handling corners at speed was a night at day difference

if the car has viscous diff, does it react like a torsen diff?
AcheLone both are limited slip diffs but the torsen uses worm gears instead of a viscous fluid...swapped a torsen in my 99 camaro i loved it
