Number 9 is fictional bus "Cyclops" from movie "The Big Bus". Road-worthy but mostly empty. And second part had another driver. Next time try some research.
18 Meters Busses are standart in Germany. 18,75 Meters are MAN A23, MAN A44, MAN new Lion's City 19 are so solng. They can transport up to 160 People. The next long Bus is the Mercedes Benz Ciatro Facelift G Capa City with 4 achses and 19,75 Meters long. The Mercedes Benz Citaro C" Capa City can be buyed with up to 21 Meters, but than only with 4 Doors.
In Curitiba, Brazil, there are the largest bi-articulated vehicles in the world, measuring 30 meters in length. Volvo was responsible for developing them. Brazil only doesn't have larger ones because, unfortunately, the law only allows bi-articulated vehicles up to 30 meters long. After that, they can only be driven with special authorization and escorts. A few years ago, Volvo tested a prototype here with three articulations and 45 meters in length. It was a real road train, haha.
