Nice dish , but in my opinion you added the cauliflower too early which is why mashed so much you should have cooked the mutton %75 and then add cauliflower( I hope you don't mind it's 50 years cooking experience)

Also too much stirring mashed the cauliflower. Caulflower should have been deep fried and kept and added at 75% mutton cooked time.
