@Tri Rosiani, I understand, I had to listen carefully and I could not understand two of the ingredients myself. Also, in the US we do not have every vegetable that he uses either. Here is a list, hope it helps:
Fry in oil:
Mustard Seeds
Fenugreek Seeds
Chana Dal (split dried chickpeas)
Cumin Seeds
7:08 (unknown)
Dried Red Chilis
Curry Leaves
Garlic
Sliced Onions
Ginger Garlic Paste
Then the veggies
Then:
Tamarind Juice
The Dal from the beginning
Red Chili Powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt

And garnish with Coriander Leaves (Cilantro Leaves)
And the most important ingredient: love
