- AFI guitarist Jade Puget describes his three custom Revstar guitars featuring striking finishes inspired by the artwork on the AFI albums Sing the Sorrow, December Underground, and The Blood Album. How do they sound? Puget says, "I look for a certain, almost unquantifiable sound. I don't really know what it is until I hear it. When I played the Revstar for the first time, it had that sound."
Learn how Senior Guitar Designer and Luthier Pat Campolattano brought Puget’s ideas to life with three unique and sinister-looking Revstar guitars, working from Yamaha Artist Services in Los Angeles. The guitars were “So perfect, and exactly what I pictured them to be,” says Jade.

Can i ask a question please? Is it possible for me to buy a copy of sing of sorrow gitarar or the Decemberunderground ? i love the designs. are available to the public?
Just saying, I'd buy one. With or without the neck pick-up lol
Just sitting here...waiting to be able to buy one
I’m going to make my own Sing the Sorrow Les Paul someday. Jade needs a signature guitar.
Damn these guitars look so nice 😍
Has Jade moved away from Gibson?! I das not expecting that!
I think he’s back with Gibson again.
are those guitars up for sale?????
Gibson goofed up not giving this guy a signature LP Studio.
Finally using something besides the Les Paul Studio. Weird.
Where can I order a custom revstar like Jade's? Just one humbucker and a volume knob... But I wanna matching headstock color....
I thought for sure he would be Gibson player life
man if i could afford it, i'd buy a signature model. Gibson should have gave him one years ago, he was so faithful to their stuff and then they started losing their true Les Paul quality that made them a Les Paul.. when Epiphone and Squier are making better instruments for cheaper, and being forced to with brands like Rondo Music (who have been hit with many lawsuits for being too close to the "real deal" fender, gibons, musicmans, etc for $200 or less compared to $600-$1500) I mean they had to step their game up. why Gibson went backwards is beyond me but Jade should have definitely had his own LP by now. Still getting used to seeing him play these, lol. They do sound great though.
