Cool reaction. I was hoping you would break down the bars more though. Especially since you saying Eladio 🐐level. Does this project qualify for your comment about rap that needs better messaging? It does the job as some vibey, fun music. But what is he saying that’s important? Just seems like more fly lifestyle raps, I’m nice raps. Which we have over saturation of in general. Also, he not a new artist at this point, so did this project show any growth artistically or content wise? Eladio almost 30 too.
That said makes me wonder, what are your thoughts on Tego? Especially since you just did the nas run.
Also, what are your thoughts about early reggaeton? Peace.

Appreciate it🙏 yeah unfortunately Apple Music wasn’t showing me lyrics for most songs
It does qualify but since he isn’t necessarily talking bout killing. Killing is the major issue I have but flexing the other stuff I can get past it bc I’m a sonic listeners I love the sounds and flow of songs.
Also for Eladio he just raps cool af like his confidence and punch is dope
You right he isn’t necessarily new
He has been around but I recently found him last year so new to me
Tego is a legend 🔥 I love reggaeton
old school reggaeton will always have a special place in my heart. Specially when they were doing the electronic spacey sounds scapes

@@JETREACTStv palabra. I respect your perspective and what you value as a listener.
Far as old school reggaeton, I asked because far as I understand and recall, in the early days of reggaeton when they didn’t rap on dembow or reggaeton beats they mostly rapped on boom-bap NY influenced beats, the kind you don’t care for too much lol. But, you hold dearly still cause you grew up with. The sounds got little more bouncy, spacey as you said around 05, which we also saw in rap with technology changing. Also, the shift to southern dominance in American rap, also shifted the sounds significantly for Spanish rappers/reggaetoneros to more southern trap when they not on reggaeton/dembow beats.
      Keep pushing! Stay positive! Peace!

@@tengofey yeah I do hold old school reggaeton dearly but mostly bc everything I know is from 2000s and up
As far as rap rap boom pad I haven’t heard much in Spanish but I do remember back in the days my father talking bout it
      Tego
Hector the father or something like that

@@JETREACTStv That’s what’s up. guys before them like Vico c, don chezina, hector. Similarly those albums back then were also longer. It’s how fast music changes and shifts.
A fun example is vico c. If you not familiar with him, in 93 he dropped xplosion. The beats not only boom bap, the song “el” is like a new jack swing vibe/r&b vibe.
