I remember going to a theater that served alcohol with friends mid day for F9. Was the first gathering and movie since lockdown. It was the 9 of us and maybe 5 other people in the theater. We got hammered of Corona and cheap wine. It turned into MS3K or Rocky Horror. Top 5 absolute stupidest movies we'd seen and no one in the theater cared about the ruckus. It was the perfect outing.
when working on the last xxx movie, i can absolutely confirm Vin is a huge diva and indeed came out of his trailer whenever he wanted, and held up production many times..
the next fast movie should be about the making of the most expensive car/heist movie ever made and have it revealed halfway through that the entire budget was stolen when Dom's family pulls a heist to steal it all

I am excited to see Jason Momoa just as a villain since he was in the underrated "Bullet to the Head" and his villainy was just badass opposite Sylvester Stallone. The other Aquaman Alan Ritchson is also in the film probably I assume is playing Momoa's brother with Brie Larson playing Brian O' Connor's sister.
I liked all Fast films apart from part 9. It was surprising because Justin Lin did 3,4,5 and 6 which were great. Maybe he wasn't all there on his return because he's left part 10 to. I liked Louis Letterier's Incredible Hulk, I think he deserved better success and I think its a interesting choice. This series deserves to go out on a high.

You can save this franchise so fucking easy. After this new one comes out give it a couple of years and make a don prequel story with him as a treen and young man. Make it a smaller street race story about a man trying to get money for his sick mom wile gettin to deep with the sharks and dealing with his dads death and stuff. The unfinished fixer car him and his dad worked on could be a metaphor for the characters mental state only to be fixed at the end and use it in a race. Not ground breaking but the more small town drama tone with real family issues kind of story I think a franchise that talked so much about family could use.
They should just do one where they have to use these special fast submarines and there racing to the titanic because someone discovers theres some priceless jewels or some other artifact that will lead to a big pay out, and they know it's on the titanic since one of vin diesel great family member was on the titanic and had the item on them and they went down with the titanic when it hit the iceberg and then there will be flashbacks to when the family member was on the titanic and doing parkour all over the ship since there are some bad guys chasing them

Death Race and Mad Max Fury Road showed me that a Twisted Metal movie is possible. At least that's my take away from them. I'm sure it'd be poorly written and be the final nail in the coffin for the entire franchise but I'd still watch it.

Give your prize pig a good sendoff. The budgets will likely be significantly scaled down for future ones and they can finally be done with Vin Diesel and focus on like Hobbs & Shaw, other more bankable/less weird actors, etc.

I'm going to eventually see it either way, but my excitement level is sadly going to be based on the trailers this time around. I loved the first one as a little kid, thought 2,3,4 were just cheesefests...5 and 6 were pure joy, they brought in the crime heist element that worked so well..i didnt love 7 but it had some incredible moments and then i thought 8 was pretty good, thought it was getting back to what it does best and then 9 came... The whole thing was like a really bad Avengers movie with mortal men with superpowers somehow.. like they did with the Black Widow movie, just awful..hopefully the writers and producers listened to the critisms but more then likely they didnt...It was temporarily a great franchise, should of quit after 8 or probably 7...

Studios are pouring so much money into individual projects and wondering why they're in debt. How much did the last season of Stranger Things cost? $240 million? If F9 had Endgame numbers, I guess I could see it but that wasn't the case.
I actually agree. The fourth one is when I started watching the franchise and I enjoyed it up until the seventh one. The one Paul Walker died during filming. That was the last decent entry. 8 sucked. Didn't see 9. Don't care about 10.
He didn't die when they were filming. He died outside of work.
@@Cookedfrfrfr the movie wasn't finished being filmed is all I meant. I know he literally didn't die while they were filming. They took a break and he was suppose to return to finish the film.

Tbh after the 6th part I lost interest in the film and 7th was good because of Jason Statham it should have been stopped much earlier as there is nothing new in the film . They should have sticked to street racing in it .
I loved the first one as a little kid, thought 2,3,4 were just cheesefests...5 and 6 were pure joy, they brought in the crime heist element that worked so well..i didnt love 7 but it had some incredible moments and then i thought 8 was pretty good, thought it was getting back to what it does best and then 9 came... The whole thing was like a really bad Avengers movie with mortal men with superpowers somehow.. like they did with the Black Widow movie, just awful..hopefully the writers and producers listened to the critisms but more then likely they didnt...It
was temporarily a great franchise, should of quit after 8 or probably 7...
