    What a great story / interview ! I have friends who grew up in Greenville, SC and went to Bob Jones University and holy crap did they ever live a life of hell due to oppression, I didn't know Tennessee was just as bad

    Christine - this question is for you. I know you said in your previous video that you and your childhood friend never put a label on your relationship but if the two of you hadn’t been essentially forced apart, if you had to guess, what do you think would have happened between you two?

    • @onairplanemode__
      @onairplanemode__  9 месяцев назад +4

      Hi there! Thanks so much for asking! To be honest I think eventually we would have grown apart. I have changed so much from my younger self and I also think I’d want to open up to meet other people as well to get the whole experience. My favorite part about being out is the community that comes with it and meeting different people and I think if we stayed together I wouldn’t have been able to do that. Hope this answers your question ❤️

    I want to ask both of you a question... please help me out...
    What if your partner loves you a lot but at the same time they say sometimes i miss my ex and I can't explain you that feeling....what should I do in this situation ? I try to handle that with maturity saying that it's fine , it's ok , you can't help this but to be honest I also feel sad . Please guide me.

      Hi love! Thank you so much for your question! We think this is a complex situation but one that is still common. On one hand, it’s a good thing that your partner is communicating these feelings to you so you have the opportunity to navigate it as a couple. It would be harder and likely more painful if you didn’t know about these thoughts and were left feeling like you were doing something wrong (when you aren’t). On the other hand, your partner has to understand that in saying this it is harmful to you and the relationship you are developing together. We believe it’s okay to have positive memories to reflect on from a previous relationship, as that is a part of the human experience, but you’re going to have to do some
      Soul searching as a couple to find out if she misses the memories or misses the person and wishes to get back with them. If this is the case it’s a larger discussion because it could lead to your heartbreak and resentment. It sounds like you should try to communicate through this process to the best of your abilities in order to give your current relationship together a chance to grow from it. We hope this helps!

      Thanku so much for your help ❤❤❤... Because of your suggestion i had a conversation with my partner , and what i felt is they had 7 yrs of relationship and that's not a small period of tym, i felt she misses the memories not the person, and she has no intention of going back to that person again . She said I'm really comfortable with you , i don't need anyone else it's just give me some time I'll be fine ❤️...
      So thanku so much mam for you guidance and help ❤❤ i really appreciate it 💝...wish you more and more happiness and love ❤

      @@arora2312 Yay! I am so happy to hear this! This conversation will hopefully only allow you both to grow closer and develop more patience and trust in each other. It is wonderful of you to also say what was weighing on your heart so you can find some peace with the situation as well. So so happy for you both!

      definitely hard! We have received a lot of backlash over the years, but I wouldn't want it any other way. I want to live my life authentically with the person who means the most to me in the entire world. I hope one day we aren't taught to feel embarrassed by who we love. I hope you find a community that makes you feel unconditionally accepted and loved as well. In the meantime just know you always have us!

    Good day friends i watched your podcast and i think its great but what makes me commentwas that God is not against homosexuality pls don't get me wrong and God is not religious so according what you said about Christianity or religion i think its wrong to say the is no god you are an image an art of him and think that rejecting him is not good Jesus Christ is your dad not father and for he is coming back and you can't run away from him and i think you should fall into his arms with your girlfriend im not judging cuz we are all sinners so who am i to judge and you guys look good together but pls dont lose the Lord for he is the way,life and truth may the Lord bless you all
