Hello. Is it possible to increase the output voltage to 15 volts? (note e-power)

My 2022 note e power makes a click sound when I step or release throttle. It sounds like some relay switch or solenoid. Only at low speeds. Is it the brake switch or something? This noise wasn't there before. Now at 50,000km.
