Essex Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service for deaf and hard of hearing people

RAD is delighted to announce that Essex County Council has agreed to award us the contract to provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services for the deaf and hard of hearing community in Essex. This is a free service.
We support residents with;
-Filling in forms, such as benefits, PIP and more
-Translating English into British Sign Language (BSL)
-Making telephone calls
-Understanding bills, such as water and energy bills
-Contacting Essex Council
-Signposting to specialist support services
-Community visits, home visits
-And much more!
