We're excited to share that RAD are working in partnership with Citizens Advice Southend to offer Information, Advice and Guidance services to deaf or hard of hearing individuals in Southend.
Face-to-face appointments: Fridays | 10am-4pm

-Filling in benefit forms
-Translating English to British Sign Language (BSL)
-Making telephone calls
-Understanding your bills
