Ain't nothing "unmanly" about healthy habits, both internally, and externally. Even more, developing a skin care routine is so easy. You don't have to spend a thousand dollars on high end products. Walmart has plenty of great stuff at a reasonable price. Just experiment with what works best for your skin.

Make an assessment of your skin (texture, pores, dry/oily etc) and google what products are best for your “problems”. You want to Go for even texture, small pores and hydrated but matte look.
Everyone has different skin. Just cause a celebrity is using a certain product doesn't mean that it'll work for you. Experiment with different products until you find a routine that works for you. It might take a few weeks but you'll be set for life. And don't assume that good products have to be expensive. Something as cheap as plain olive oil could do wonders for your skin.
