My LSS45, is a straight up killer. It's taken deer and hogs out to 150 yards. Pill choices is pretty much paramount tho. Cast pills just don't deliver the goods as far as grouping goes, if you want to get supreme accuracy, Nielsen Precision swedged pills are the way to go.
In the US no state can ban firearms, it's in the constitution. They can try to limit things like magazines over 10 rounds but that's as far as they have gotten. A total ban would bring in the Supreme Court. It would not end well for the state, and they know it.
Where I live pistol crossbow is illegal but you put brace on it no problem which acts as cocking mechanism,big ones completely legal if you manage to string it up and crank it up ❤

And even then, if a cop saw you with it, he'd stop you and ask you why you have it. Same with knives and our knife laws keep changing: one year you can have a spring-assist knife, next, nope. First your knife can be concealed if the blade is less than 3.5 inches. Now it can't. A while back someone I know bought a cane sword (when it wasn't legal). Now it totally is--in fact, you cannot conceal any knife that's LESS than 12 inches now. It's nuts. I just hang onto everything and wait for the gov't to change. Hopefully we're getting a new PM who believes we have the right to defend ourselves not only in our homes, but everywhere.
