Thanks for stopping by the homestead! It's mommy and daddy's date night in with smoked salmon, smoker baked potatoes, and our favorite grilled asparagus. MeatEater's Gnome on the Range seasoning paired with thinly (listen to the editor, not the talent 😉) sliced lemons and onions make for a mouth watering bite of salmon when smoked on the RecTeq pellet grill using Bear Mountain mesquite pellets. Smoker baked potatoes are the perfect answer when you don't need another source to heat up the kitchen. Our favorite grilled asparagus seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce is the perfect green side for the salmon and potatoes.
