People commenting negatively on how many others hikers there are on the Camino without realising that they too are also one of those numbers. Why is there an expectation that they should have it to themselves?

I think they are lights along the way with the lightbulb shining down onto the reflector and the light then reflects out onto the route.

Your comments regarding drunk as and thoughtless pilgrims is exactly! Why I'm starting March 15th leap frogging Jean- Port to Rocesvalle. And why I intend to tent for peace and quiet. That's my plan as I'm as very active California wilderness back packer even at 64. Job well done sir.

We really enjoyed your journey. You inspire us to enjoy this experience as well. We wanted to comment on a shoes that really worked well for us and we always think of you: Keen Targhee III or Keen Ridgeflex.
It’s wide, has great heel support and is waterproof, light and breathable. Costs about 150€ and the company is eco-friendly. My wife used it on her last Camino and I use it everyday myself. It’s really comfortable and we definitely recommend it for your next journey!

Hello fast hiker, last Friday my Camilla and I arrived in SDC, starting from SJPP. We would like to thank you for the advise given, which helped us to plan this amazing adventure the way we wanted it to be. The Meseta was not as 'bad' as we expected it to be, just very very hot. 😅. We have some days off now, before we go back home. We have made many new friends along the way, which has made this Camino as special as the others. After 3 years of Camino it is time for a break....or not. We will see. Greetings to your lovely Camilla and yourself. Buen Camino!!

Have throughly enjoyed all 6 well put together video's, that allowed me to recognise the places & relive my walk in 2016. You capture the scenery as well as the moods which showed the good days and the not so good days, because it can be hard sometimes when you are tired and especially when the weather is not so favourable(I did mine in the spring, with snow on the first day going up that elevation from St.Jean Pied de port to Roncesvalles, then with the cold and occasional rain during the rest). Thank you for your efforts in the making of the video's that enabled me to reminisce and allowed us viewers to show our families what we achieved.

Hi 👋🏻 when I walked I have met a lot of women, in different ages, that walked alone. I think that you should be “normally” carful when walking through parts that can feel unsafe, you can walk together with others during those parts. And if you avoid walking in late evening and in dark I think you will feel safe.

Most cafes, restaurants and hostels take cards as payment, but in the smaller villages they prefer cash, but it is enough to have a small amount with you. There are also many ATMs along the way. 🚶🏼‍♂️☀️🌺
