In terms of excercises order it should be, Power (Any type of oly lift or plyos etc.) then other core excercises (your compound multijoint movements, Rows, Presses, Squats, Deadlifts). Finally would be assistance excercises (Isolations, Lateral raises, curls, incline db presses, or any type of machine work) Hope this helps to answer your question!
+letitfly from downtown your hip flexors are tight, and your hamstrings are assumably tight. Probably causing your pelvis to tilt forward. Focus on a stretching those out #1 priority. Also, work on strengthening your glutes with specific motions for them ex. barbell hip thrusts, butterfly machine.
