The problem is that in high schools (at least in Italy where I come from) teach math in a very abstract way, they just teach you algebra for example without saying what could be a practical use of linear algebra, so it comes the fear and hate for math. Nowadays thanks to RUclips and people like Krish, where they give practical examples is different, I wish RUclips existed when I was going to high school
At that age kids are not even able to understand the and remeber the formulae how come they can understand the real kife implementation..it's not about the system, students should know the value and have dedication instead if saying education system is waste..my b.tech proffesor once in class told that maths is the base for everything in this world and there is a separate department for Mathis IIT Delhi.
@@vijaybhargavkarnati9926 high school in Italy is from 14 to 19 so when you are at least 16 if they explain to you why and how to use linear algebra you would appreciate

@@sushant.sharma0 hi, public university in Italy is affordable, you still need to pay a yearly tuition, but on average is not more than 2000-3000 per year. The quality of university professors is quite good, of course it depends in which city you go, but from my experience is good. The only problem of public university in Italy (always depending on the city) is the buildings and classroom space, when I attended uni in 2000-2006, most of my lessons for the bachelor degree were in Cinemas, because most of the classrooms in uni buildings had no capacity 😊

I totally agree with krish, I figured out that my math knowledge is nothing because I cannot relate real problems to math, and this enlightenment happen in my final year of college, I also figured that the knowledge seem to be waste because the way it was taught to me, only to solve textbook questions. I decided to start from 0 literally zero, I started learning from video tutorial which teaches me how math operation looks , like literally, visualization is key part if you want to know "why". Started watching 3blue1brown linear algebra playlist. Accept that we don't know something, and learn it in a right way.

As you said, I have been learning even after my college time. Always struggled but as i put so much time learning myself. I came to understand the key of learning anything is relating what you are learning to something you already know and always ask whats the real use case scenario of what you are learning.

I have a doubt as u suggested in the video we need to learn Data science as a case study & work our way backwards on how Python or R is used as a programming tool, And how statistics,calculus & linear programming is applied on a real life case study or how data visualization is done using tableau on a case study..But the problem is if ur not aware of these concepts beforehand wont Data science be difficult..As per my understanding we should have a solid foundation on the pre-requisites & then go for Data science am i right??
