I’m confused how the latest nba champions have to go around wearing THAT jersey not to mention how their one last year was one of the better city jersey
Exactly, it makes no sense. They could have had championship style jersey or something similar to the previous years. Whoever approved that needs fired
Exactly! They could have even had a gold jersey for their championship or SOMETHING but they really chose that. Whoever made them should be fired and whoever approved them should be in jail
@@dylnaplol That ain't the point of my comment, I tackled your quote about "t-shirt jerseys look better than now". They don't, it's horrible for NBA's sleeveless tradition.
To be honest the only year they got it right was the 21-22 season when they actually stuck to the retro designs ( like they always should have ) and just tweaked it a bit and some of those should’ve been permanent too. Especially the clippers, Charlotte, NYC, Indy, Minnesota, and Washington ones
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having the same city edition jersey. Let a design run its course for 2 or 3 seasons. Gives designers enough time to create better stuff. I think the MLB does this.
Yeah honestly I rather a team reuse a jersey than pump out some rushed garbage design. I do feel like these NBA teams have too many new uniforms year after year
Late 90s and the 2000s is where everything shoudlve stopped, they struck gold lbs Brooklyn is the only team that still drops heat and Toronto from time to time, Cavs tried to copy Brooklyn. Almost forgot about Miami those Miami Vice jerseys are crazy
Red Jerseys almost always look good. If they just took a similar approach to what the Grizzlies did, it would be miles better than the current black and green design
I think the black looks good with the thunder colors, it’s just the Oklahoma font looks weird with orange and yellow, it should’ve been blue. OKC needs just a black and blue or black and white jersey. Anyway it’s not October, the nba didn’t post this on their instagram, so let’s just hope this is a joke
Ik the raptor in the Vince Carter jersey carries it for sure. That's why I like the magic pinstripes more just because the overall design looks better. The all black on the raptors is super basic but the raptor is cool
I wish the packers and bucks would take advantage of the state of Wisconsins shape, and incorporate it more in what they do. It’s an iconic shape and you can get creative with it. That line in the bucks jersey is the top part of Wisconsin, but the design is kinda lame. Like that’s the best you thought off?
Yeah that would be cool. There are so many different things they could do that still represent the city, yet they do the bare minimum. It feels like half the designs were created by AI
The Nets always have pretty creative city jerseys so even their worst jersey is better than a lot of teams best. This years aren't bad at all, especially after seeing the whole uniform put together
I wasn't the biggest fan of the Lakers jersey at first but they actually don't look bad with the whole uniform. I like how the purple bleeds straight into the shorts a lot
Honestly they should just keep the home and away jerseys and to keep it fun wear the classics that the fans vote for, for 15 or 20 games. And maybe just maybe every other year wear a city jersey that actually took effort to make
@ I’d have maybe 6 teams wear a city jersey per year and have it on rotation so that every 5 years, your team gets a new city jersey and the designers have more time to make it look good.
I think they could be better but I just mainly appreciate their creativity on them. Other ones are so bland, at least they actually tried to do something cool
@@mickeymoose2583 The plain black background definitely makes it feel like it's just a PNG for sure lol. If there was a design instead of just black it would look a lot better
we came from Philippines and dont like the Chicago Bulls new logo or jersey....where the Legendary Raging Bulls on that color? if the Celtics is a practice uniform...the bulls is a uniform of vendors!!! 👎👎

76ers have the same jersey from 2022 its just white now
T wolves are best
Let’s just go back to 80’s and 90’s jerseys in general and call it a day
I'm all for that
Hell let’s go back to the 2000s and early 2010s, the damn sleeve jerseys weren’t as bad as the jerseys of the past few years.
@@KentuckyWaterfall13yeah I’m with that as long as we don’t have ankle length shorts 😂
They should resign with Mitchell and ness
I agree I think theses are horrible
The celtics look like a practice jersey
I’m confused how the latest nba champions have to go around wearing THAT jersey not to mention how their one last year was one of the better city jersey
Exactly, it makes no sense. They could have had championship style jersey or something similar to the previous years. Whoever approved that needs fired
The players wearing the jersey be repeating "I'm getting paid to wear this, I'm getting paid to wear this" 😂
I think they look good
Imagine you won a championship and then next season you have to wear that celtics city edition jersey 💀
Exactly! They could have even had a gold jersey for their championship or SOMETHING but they really chose that. Whoever made them should be fired and whoever approved them should be in jail
They did Nuggets dirty last year with the worse 5280
@@jmagz03who? Bro each teams department is responsible for the creation for their jerseys.
Cavalier jerseys are inspired by the city’s amazing museum of art. The “torn out” sides reveal a “coloring book” pattern. Dope af.
Nah Lakers one is🔥and the T Wolves
I agree
The Boston Celtics jerseys looks like a practice jersey
The celtics and the warriors one looks like a practice jersey
Worse tbh
2015-16 christmas jerseys were elite
They didn't miss on any of those. The NBA needs to focus on stuff like that at this point instead of the same city theme every year
@@CourtsideChase fr at this point the tshirt jerseys look better than the stuff they make now💀
@@dylnaplolno they do not, sleeves is the worst thing that ever happened to NBA uniforms
@ they had them without sleeves yk that right?
@@dylnaplol That ain't the point of my comment, I tackled your quote about "t-shirt jerseys look better than now". They don't, it's horrible for NBA's sleeveless tradition.
I'm a Celtics fan, but even I have to say those jerseys look like something I'd wear to a nerf battle!
To be honest the only year they got it right was the 21-22 season when they actually stuck to the retro designs ( like they always should have ) and just tweaked it a bit and some of those should’ve been permanent too. Especially the clippers, Charlotte, NYC, Indy, Minnesota, and Washington ones
There is already a Classic line for retro designs, there's no point to do the same with the CITY theme.
Yeah, you would “think” that they could come up with so many cool designs…yet they really don’t. Strange.
I like hornets jersey the most
Wow bro ur really positive with the jerseys
😂 I can't tell if that is sarcasm or not. I think a lot of them are awful but I was a bit optimistic on a good amount
Good video
Thank you!!

@@bardownskibro I'm still not the biggest fan but they don't look nearly as bad as I originally thought they were going to
As a die hard Heat fan, I hate our city jersey so dam much. God they suck.
@@stevenvarela7157 its just so plain, especially compared to the amazing uniforms they've had in the past

Cavs jesrsey 2024 is clean
🌬️Top 10: Raptors, Magic, Suns, Pistons, Jazz, Cavaliers , Grizzlies, Pelicans, Sixers & Mavs! 😮💨🔥🔥🔥
I can get behind that
The Raptors is decent, but it does look a little like a practice jersey. The color looks nice tho

Let's just do away with city jerseys in general. Just stick with the association, icon, statement, and the occasional classic jerseys
No

Raptors jersey is so corny to me
