I keep hearing, “I don’t think the frame can handle that kind of power”. The boys from SVPR73 Hawaii been pushing 70-80mph runs like that every week for months now with no problems.
The fact that it can doesn't necessarily mean that it should. A steel frame would be much better with such a beast. However it's still impressive that an alu frame can withstand this kind of stress so well.
@@ilyamiskov I can understand running it for long periods of time like an actual motorcycle would cause stress on the frame. But casual riding and top speed runs should be fine also. The front and rear suspension of the RX frame absorbs everything
someone hasa super73 that goes 80 mph (yes ik the motor, battery, and controller are all after market).

Thanks so much for the support brother! I recommend Lazyrolling Armored. Great company in Sweeden. High quality and high viz armor and jackets. If you mean just regular riding gear with no pads you can check out SUPER73’s stuff. Some of they’re jackets I really dig but they are pricey.

I’m also doing the 3kw upgrade too since my stock controller burned out. It’s a pretty costly one the kit and battery almost costs the same as a new bike. Not so easy a decision seeing that you can get a surron or onyx for about that price. It’s always cool to see what people do with these bikes. Thanks for the vids!
its not too bad after you sell the battery and hub motor. there is still somewhat a demand for the 73 parts.

Hey Peter I love your content. I’m in the market for a super73 but am very conflicted in between the S2 and RX. I would be commuting daily 6 miles and have no plans of off-roading, however I heard that no rear suspension can be painful going over poorly maintained roads. I really want to know if the 800 dollars is worth the money, because I also want to add a 10 speed kit and other accessories with that extra money. Thanks!
How’s it going. Sorry for the late response. I would say for me the biggest factor was the look and style of the bike. I personally love the caferacer look on the S2 and not a big fan of the motocross look on the RX. But if you like both styles and do mind putting down extra cash id definitely go with the rx. Specially if you want a smoother ride. I wouldn’t mind standing up on the pedals of the S2 but it is less comfortable to ride, specially if you are off-roading.
