aaaaand... You are doing just great. Just for the record, i feel that your videos, and the way you explain every subject is very honest and real. I really apreciate that. No unreachable tips for us rookies and low budgetiers-
Cool little tips there dude. I've used the screw mod on one of my B Chassis' . The other has the aftermarket leaf springs, and to be honest, there is not much more flex...just looks nice lol
Nice! I never felt like I needed the shackle and leaf upgrade because it lifts the truck and puts the weight higher up. Good to know it's not much different. Thanks bro!
I really like your channel, especially when you share your experiences/tricks on WPL trucks. I have a B16 RTR myself and playing with em everyday hahaha... enjoying every second of it. The first downtime is when the drive shaft broken (part with a screw). I broke 1 in the morning, repair it with the included part, then broke 1 again in the evening at the other end. Already ordered the metal drive shaft. And I can't stand the wait LoL. I thinhk I maybe push it too hard. I loaded it with stones, pile of wood, and make it climb tough spots. Maybe the drive shafts got hit by big stones (at the center between front & rear tire). I'm just too excited to see what the B16 capable of haha.... Keep it up man!
yup, your long screw mod is the simplest+best for a B frame, there is an option to use the longer screw you showed, drill through the screw hole into the frame just slightly smaller than the threads, then run the screw threads into the hole in the frame. the shorter ones work fine, once screwed in the threads are captive in the space between the plastic and the frame, they'll stay put no prob.... longer and through/into the metal is just more rigid, but not necessary either.
That's a good option as well. I have used the longer screws with shims to take up the extra length. Drilling the chassis and using the longer screws to have a more solid install sounds like a good idea for sure.
Great tip's buddy love the channel. If you want a bunch of the "free" spare parts Edward Chew said we can buy them . You just have to contact him in an email before you order.
any chance WPL will make the Defender model?i love Defender looks and for now the MN Model is one off a very limited choice,i have one and practically all of the upgraded parts are from WPL's except the axle housing which is a little bit wider
I’m looking at buying one or two of these, well this brand to purchase a military truck. Which model would you recommend that has the best build quality, and the better motor, and just overall the best? And do the two speed transmission’s come standard with these newer units? I’m new to WPL so I am full of questions LOL
if you purchase any of the KM kits they will come with the 2 speed gearbox and 370 motor. It's up to you to choose if toy loke 6x6 or 4x4. All the models have got better because they updated all the old and current models.
Hey Run, I moved the seesaw on my b16 to the next rear holes further back for a longer wheel base. I currently have a custom fabbed middle driveshaft with a 1/10 shaft as a sleeve to keep it up. What's a good long metal middle shaft that will work with my longer than stock wheel base?
Thats a good question! Unfortunately I dont actually know of any. But some people would benefit for sure if someone does find a good longer replacement shaft. Looks like custom fab like you did is the only solution so far.
For the links in your description - you have the mobile URLs copied I think and it doesn't work well on PC, but PC links will work fine from a mobile phone. Just an idea.
@@RunThatRC ah well its just the links you get from your phone have the website thats optimized for mobile use and the PC website can work on either-actually usually when you click on a PC link from your phone it automatically switches to the mobile optimized site layout.
Maybe I'm just OLD.... And this is over 2 years old... But that went a little fast for me. 😖 I THINK I get it, go ahead and loosen the Leaf Spring screws, right? But the walking Axles on the 6X6... I don't get it. You go ahead and break something off?? What? NOT complaining or putting you down, I'm just asking for a slower, more clear view. Maybe showing you actually modifying the parts?? 😉😎 I'm just living proof that despite 41 years in the RC Hobby... I'm FAR from knowing everything!! 😜 I've just BROKEN more stuff than many people!!! 😋🙄😅😂 And as I've mentioned, I'm brand new to WPL. I've just got a B24 and a C14-1, that I only got last WEEK. And I've already broken BOTH Driveshafts in the B24!! Just Scale wheeling in one of Tucson's MANY Washes. 😖 Love your Channel Bro. Learned a TON about WPL in just my first week!! 🙏🍻👌😎
It's a multitude of things happening to Make the driveline bind up like that. I have made it better but not completely got rid of it on my b16. All my B36s have the center axle upgrade and that solves the issue and strengthens the driveline up a bit. Best upgrade to the 6x6 rigs. All the KM 6x6 come with the center axle upgrade stock I believe so look into those on WPL-RC.com. Thanks for stopping by!
the MJX Hyper go is good in brushed version so the brushless should be even better. I'm not sure they will send me one because my channel isnt that big. I can recommend the MJX RCs.
Usually you will have spares of these with the kits but if not you can go to wpl-rc.com when they put the parts back up for order sometime next month. You can message them and get spares for your WPLs
The method of removing delimiters in B36 is not entirely successful. I have already broken three brass pinion gears, always during a steep driveway, when the rear axle is in contact with the horizontal ground and begins to enter the steep slope, then it is under the greatest load. I read that this happens if the rear suspension has too much stroke and the middle bridge is through, or as in B36 combined with the reducer. I really like the suspension work so much, but I think I will have a suspension limiter.
if you have a regular B36 kit or rtr then I don't recommend removing the limiter because it can cause binding. The B36KM version has the updated center driveshaft that has a pass through shaft for the rear axle and doesn't have an issue with the limiter being removed.
aaaaand... You are doing just great.
Just for the record, i feel that your videos, and the way you explain every subject is very honest and real. I really apreciate that. No unreachable tips for us rookies and low budgetiers-

Could you tell me what the OST(Original Sound Track) in the opening of this video is?
Its "Lakey Inspired" I believe. Check description box for more details.
Did you already solve the hopping issue of the center axle of the b36?

Can you make a video on mjx hyper go brushless 16208
the MJX Hyper go is good in brushed version so the brushless should be even better. I'm not sure they will send me one because my channel isnt that big. I can recommend the MJX RCs.
Hello, where did you buy the longer screws?
