Mera 3 week pehle 3 no ligament ka operation huva he mene 3 week se per hilaya bhi nay he kuchh exercise doctor ne batayi vahi karta hu, abhi Mera ghutna 20-30 degree mud raha he to pura sahi hone me kitna time lage ga or me chalna kabse suru kar sakta hu
