Will assist you also, any more details on the Ute? could use some parts for my Million km BF wagon. Oh and that work on the car is mint.. Though if a daily would put a switched silencer in the exhaust, to audibly tame the beast.
Do a feature on Garret 'Cleetus Mcfarlands' Leroy, Kyle from 1320 C5 and try visit HOONIGAN if you need viewers, 1320 gained a lot of viewers from thier trip to Nats 30 would love to see the Street Machine channel kicking ass on RUclips.
Fantastic !! Easy 420rwkw plus on LPG motors. Got that out of our Ba wagon with only 17psi....getting it to hold boost off the line and launching with the Btr box will be the fun part. Great work Guys !!
that servo you filled up with gas at i know that servo, is it the truck stop on greens road? and love the build and cant wait to see it flying down the straight like a freight train
The weak link on the tail shafts are the CV at the back, aswell as the thin walls. but if you went to a reputable shop that would have been converted to a universal joint
You parts car not starting no fuel moving? check the LH kick panel there is a finger size hole for the impact switch that kills fuel press the button to reset cut out.
Yeah LPG needs temperature to vaporise which is probably why it's uncommon in Sweden. We rarely see under zero degrees Celsius here in Australia so it's not that big of a problem. My daily driver runs on LPG too.
I have gone the same route as this. cars been running for 3 years with a similar fueling system but twin valves at tank not one valve twin lines and 4 speed in an eb wagon single cam. I may have some useful info on the gas injection side.. I have a pair of injectors capable of 700HP and reducers to match. where I believe the ones you're running will max out 240-300 depending on vapour pressure and temperature .
When you take it to the track for the drags, walk around and see if you can find a typhoon owner or SS commodore owner and put it up against there's and show the LS owners some Barra 6 powaa
There's a reason high power 4-speeds are rare. They only last 5 passes.. Can't wait to see this thing explode but I'm interested to see if it's the diff, bottom end or tranny that goes first.
67EF is the choice.. being gas, 57EF is the the minimum to get it running from factory. Some codes are fixed with a higher rated battery also. Had a factory battery in my E36 that was 22 years old.. started first try.
You might run into problems with flow through the multivalve in the tank. It's almost certainly not going to flow what you need regardless of how big the lines are.
Thanks for the reply wasn't expecting it. Yes the capacity of the lines should help to some degree. I just hope you don't pull more than the flow limiter valve is set to or it will shut off completely not just restrict flow. Yeah the only thing you can do is fit a second tank. Good luck with the build I love stuff like this.
Gday love the series. Could u tell me what other than the rods are better in the lpg motors? Is it a common thing to buy the lpg motors and use them for a petrol build?
304 is crap Stainless (will rust) as is the 409... marine grade/science grade is 316 (won't rust) just costs a lot more, but not if you pay what 50$ more for a length of the tube for the shop to bend.. over the top or longevity idk..
+STREETMACHINETV i watched last episode. Was a b series rocker cover and now a fg rocker cover. Not that it matters as they look better. Was just curious as the b series coils just push down and the f series bolt down
fre3zeDk yep we pulled the FG cover off the petrol motor last episode because it interfered with the gas mixer, no such issues with this setup and it just works better with the injection wiring
need to get these videos out faster Scotty!!
Car STUFF274 share them around so we can build up the audience and maybe they'll give us the budget to do them more often. Wait until you see the next project!
O I Will, also are you going to part out the parts car for some more funds?
Car STUFF274 we'll sell some of it but there's actually a plan for that car
Will assist you also, any more details on the Ute? could use some parts for my Million km BF wagon.
Oh and that work on the car is mint.. Though if a daily would put a switched silencer in the exhaust, to audibly tame the beast.

add a LPG class diamond to the numberplate guys.
Jason Sargeant we will be doing that next
need to have 2 per plate because its dedicated gas
I think that could be the least of their problems
the 2 tags per plate for dedicated was because they ran twin tanks
ahh that would make more sense - explains why the dedicated wagons had em
Hats off to whoever did the wiring. Frank the tank is looking good.
Hope the more speed auto holds up.
nice nice, I've been waiting for this
Fantastic !! Easy 420rwkw plus on LPG motors. Got that out of our Ba wagon with only 17psi....getting it to hold boost off the line and launching with the Btr box will be the fun part. Great work Guys !!
I am really enjoying watching this build up.
Also, thank you for correctly saying "for all intents and purposes".
: - )
Good to see Zane and Maxx Performance getting a mention... That exhaust will be drone central also!!!
Having fun..Cheers Scotty.
Great work guys, I cant wait for final result.........
Andy working his magic again!! Did my system on my VE Sportwagon was awesome no drone for a twin 3 inch exhaust!! Quality is mint!!
such a budget series. love it.

Had to walk away and then i started laughing man i`m slow
LOL! I haven't heard that for a while.

This is the best build on the net by far great work guys keep it up. Aussie motor for the win
Nice work sounds mad, I'm hanging out for the next Ep!
Love that tech tip Scotty, alah Hotrod Garage style.
The first startup was amazing, it sounds so fucking angry! Sounded like a rotary for the first few seconds ahaha
Awesome stuff Scotty and team.
All its missing it the taxi sign on the roof. when its done should be an uber car for a day and frighten some unsuspecting passengers.
Great idea
hahah fuuck yeah
So good to see her rolling! Great job keeping the LPG setup too gotta be just about the cheapest to run race car you could get haha
TacticalBBQSauce Yep, it will be cheap to run.
Took a while coming, but it was worth the wait! So looking forward to next month's episode.
This is awesome! Cannot wait to see how this thing goes.
YEAH!!!, an Aussie car show that's not full of farken shit, but interesting stuff!!! Subscribed
Check out Fullboost chan, they have a new show called shop torque. Its really good
Cheers mate, will have look
found it, bench torque. only a couple mins in - seems alright
that servo you filled up with gas at i know that servo, is it the truck stop on greens road? and love the build and cant wait to see it flying down the straight like a freight train
The weak link on the tail shafts are the CV at the back, aswell as the thin walls. but if you went to a reputable shop that would have been converted to a universal joint
bentley oliver the guys reckon we'll be good for around 600rwkw with our setup now
man artests very excellent i am lost for words
Awesome brother
start kicking ass scottyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Enjoying all your vids Scotty. Keep them coming.
You parts car not starting no fuel moving? check the LH kick panel there is a finger size hole for the impact switch that kills fuel press the button to reset cut out.
Moran Taylor the starter motor is stuffed but I will check that when I replace the starter tomorrow. thanks
Been hanging out for this!! Yeeeew!
love to see you dyno it before you plump up the turbo just to see how much more you can get out of these motors with just a haltech
3:53 money shot
Awesome series. Its very interesting watching you guys turbo a gas car. Never seen that done before. They are not that common here in Sweden :)
Yeah LPG needs temperature to vaporise which is probably why it's uncommon in Sweden. We rarely see under zero degrees Celsius here in Australia so it's not that big of a problem. My daily driver runs on LPG too.

We're already well beyond that figure with one set of injectors.
been waiting for the start up, sounded like a rotary😊 can't wait to see what it does down the 1/4 good shit guys💯
Yeah it took a couple seconds for the Haltech to sort things out but it settled down quickly. Now it should be perfect every time.
can't wait for the next episode
Great episodes dudes. Keep up the awesome work.
Can't wait for the next episode and other projects.
good work Scotty and the sm crew keen for the next vid
Last time I came this early my girlfriend left
standard
lol
Can't wait for to see that Barra under boost. It's going to be ridiculous.
Great vid - can't wait for the next one. Love that exhaust
Great work Scotty look forward to the 1/4
Fuckin right dudes! That is a wicked sounding sleeper of a machine you've got there, I can't wait to see it take to the track :)
I knew that Australians make LPG drag cars, but actually see thst is interesting
4:43 OH&S haha jesus..
My Au has Tickford factory gas (broken) with factory POV pack including having only power front windows.
More more
Great series
When you take it to the track for the drags, walk around and see if you can find a typhoon owner or SS commodore owner and put it up against there's and show the LS owners some Barra 6 powaa
this is gold
Sick shit Scotty looks good
thumbs up scotty👍👌
That exhaust is going to twist.
They have a key for that (see little notch)
Evil Ash was taking the piss mate, that fab work was nuclear reactor worthy.
i cant wait for the next vid!!
I'm excite.
Been waiting for this !
Loving the vids mate, keep them coming.
There's a reason high power 4-speeds are rare. They only last 5 passes.. Can't wait to see this thing explode but I'm interested to see if it's the diff, bottom end or tranny that goes first.
haven't even watched it yet but Fuck Yeah
When you've achieved end result with the car, please go out and pick up unsuspecting passengers (uber) for reaction vids :)
you should use a 67EF battery instead of the 57EF
the 57 has less cca than the battery you took out of the taxi
or have brought a Exide instead. Last twice as long as century in my experience
67EF is the choice.. being gas, 57EF is the the minimum to get it running from factory. Some codes are fixed with a higher rated battery also.
Had a factory battery in my E36 that was 22 years old.. started first try.
15:55 "For all intensive purposes" haha I think it's intents and purposes mate :)
Was that the petrol station beside Big Dog Diner in Frangah?
Two thumbs up. If you run the 2nd set of injectors will you add another fuel rail or tee into the exisiting one.
port nozzles direct into the runners is the plan
How much fuel do the gas injectors flow?
I hate those jacks, took me one time for it to crush under the weight of a car, never used one since. xD Heavy duty trolley jack for me!
The alloy one? We got sick of lugging the 35kg jack around. It's a monster. The alloy one is fine for race work.
Sorry I thought you were talking about Episode 10. The scissor jack was used because the Trolley Jack was elsewhere that weekend.
Why do you guys take so long to post these? I'm loving this series
Zac burrows it takes time to build the car mate, but glad you're enjoying the series
Thanks for the reply.
You might run into problems with flow through the multivalve in the tank. It's almost certainly not going to flow what you need regardless of how big the lines are.
John Wilson the large lines are kind of like a surge tank, we do realise that the valve is a choke point but there's not alot we can do about that
Thanks for the reply wasn't expecting it.
The rods are the same thickness as the the newer turbo rods and yes many people use them for turbo petrol conversions
hi guys.Theirs
a 9 second barra in the MCM stable check it out
would this be the world's fastest Street legal gas car?
Nemanja Cuk nope, there's one that ran eights
What pipe was missing off the turbo? The intercooler piping? Or am i going mad and seeing things ahahhaa
Yeah, Jason wanted to make sure it was running right before we started feeding boost into it
NEXT EPISODE!
Hi Scotty - Would a BA/BF/FG XR8 drive shaft have worked or did it need to be a custom unit? - Cheers
j0e2222j0e2222 BA would work because they're 4-speed but the 5-speed and 6-speed shafts are different
taxi... and hese already hit 100
how much for sale?l need it for uber,to scare those hippies.
Yay :)
Scotts, what's the chance of including a price list so us mugs know what we would be up for.
Laurie Phillips we may do that at the end but in all honesty you wouldn't build and LPG car. E85 would be cheaper.
304 is crap Stainless (will rust) as is the 409... marine grade/science grade is 316 (won't rust) just costs a lot more, but not if you pay what 50$ more for a length of the tube for the shop to bend.. over the top or longevity idk..
shit mate how quick are you with a jack
Roadkill shirt
fuck yeah scotty! made my say bud!!!
Did you have to change the coil plugs to convert it with a fg rocker cover on a ba motor.?
fre3zeDk we bought new coils, that was the rocker cover that came with the petrol motor we fitted last episode
Shut up freezer :P
hi scotty have you put the prices on build etc? keep up the uploads
Tangy135 Tangy135 we might look at doing that at the end
$200k plus no doubt
Salty about that 16.7 second time aren’t ya
hey scotty would you sell the tray of that ute cheers man
mad tease
redo the taxi decals XD that would be mad
more engine sound please
Just FYI it's "all intents and purposes". Intensive purposes doesn't mean anything in that context.
Yessssssssssssssssssss
i want to buy this setup?
Why still LPG?
and 25k later you have got yourself a quick ugly falcon
