Fallout 4 - Building at Sanctuary 07 (Armour Store, Workshop and Scrap Yard)

- This series covers the construction of my settlement at Sanctuary Hills. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects.
In this video I create a set of warehouse buildings to be used as a Power Armour workshop and Armour Store, with a small fenced off area at the rear which will be used as a scrap yard.

I'm pretty new to the channel but as someone who loves fallout 4 and takes alot of time for base building I really love your content and think that you are among few fallout 4 settlement RUclipsrs that I really think make quality ass structures

Whoo! An upload I'm on time for! I always like Scrapyard builds in settlements!
Apart from the bus there’s not much scrap there yet, but should hopefully be more ‘scrappy’ once decorated.

Thank you! Never been a fan of Spectacle Island, I think its sheer size puts me off the most. I want to try and build at each location so will make an attempt there at some point - just not looking forward to it 😅
How do you nudge the walls up-and-down like that?Is some special controllers or a mat
They are features of the Place Everywhere mod which are accessed via keyboard shortcuts (I am on PC but also use an Xbox controller):

I would love to see how you build some kind of barracks and defensive structures like turret towers.
Not really done any military themed builds, I guess the closest would be Boston Airport which has a small barracks at around 3:00. For gun emplacements I typically just place them on scaffolding or junk fence bridges. Not a fan of turret towers as I feel they would not fit with the style of settlement I currently aiming for.
How are you building out of bounds?
I turn off the workshop timeout using the Place Everywhere mod, and it also allows building outside of the normal borders.

You press F5 to toggle the workshop time out. There is a full list of all the mods functions and hotkeys on its Nexus page (scroll right down to the bottom of the page):
