And I love marbles like this. I have a few old ones. Not a collector, but when I spot them at sales for the right price I will come home with them. Mark's work is astounding.
So I have stopped watching this one - at times the music makes it difficult for me to hear what is being said. Too bad I really like that Mark has a mic.
I think that's what was playing in the studio, and it's picking up on Mark's mic. You can really only hear it while he's talking. So much of it is about the same pitch as hos voice, it would be incredibly heard to (sound) edit that out.
First you have to cut from the registration tape the time when the pipe is inside the furnace. Second this object is too poor for more than one hour spent to do it. Lino has been a very good theacher but not all the products can be considered art pieces and the time you need to do something is very important. This is the reason why Murano is the only mecca for the Glass Masters
a master and a very good teacher on making marbles
Agreed, thanks for watching!
That dude never sounds stressed ever, his aura of calm is inspiring.
I love watching Mark work and I love his narrative ~ sometimes it is the simple bits and sometimes it is the "wow" bits.

Let me add... it amazes me to see people who can talk and work at the same time.
Oh yeah..... I do clap with the audience there, sitting here by myself at home.
Thanks for watching!
I want to take a class so much. This looks so interesting.
Great work as always from Mark!
Thanks for watching!
Charming and talented. Great work!
Thanks for watching!
Fantastic choice of music.
Bellissimo lavoro, grande eleganza.
Thanks for watching!
I can't imagine Maestro Matthews listening to anything but Mozart while he works.
awesome!
Thanks for watching!
Does anyone know if he still has his shop at sauder village in Archabold, OH?
Hi Krissey, according to Mark's website, he still has his studio there. Thanks for watching!

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍😁
What is the music please
Playing marbles 😂😂
"...fish on a beach."
Please don’t overlay music anymore. It’s distracting and we have to rewind to really hear what was said

The narrator/host seems unprepared. Good demo though.
Of course they are. There's no need to prepare for an impromptu description of glass-blowing events. Nobody prepares for it.

Meh. Murano's too snobby for me. It's a uniquely unpleasant experience.
The producer was not very good on this one
