- Today we are going over the truth about Pete & Pedro! I decided to get Pete & Pedro Sea Salt Spray and Pete & Pedro clay so today I am going how good it is, to see if its good or trash!
Today I am giving a deep pete and pedro sea salt spray review and stacking it to also give you guys a pete and pedro clay review! I stacked both of these to get a messy textured hairstyle! I am giving the pete and pedro products 24 hours to see how good pete and pedro holds.

Jay Yang thank you man I appreciate ittt! Yeah forsure ! I think getting stronger is going to be your best option ! Be in a calorie surplus and focus on doing volume for squat bench & deadlift (like 5 sets of 5 or 3x3 whatever)

As of right now I have a 455 dead lift but if i did conventional it would probably be 275

Yo I recommend you go on a small cut 200-300 calories below maintenance and start working out, your body will use your fat to build muscle since you’re a newbie you’ll still get gains
