great video bro, but 6-8 hours of sleep is not the same as time spent in bed. if you want 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep which is optimal, you need to be in bed for at least 9 hours. So if you want to wake up at 7am, you go to sleep at 10pm or earlier
i hate my acne and my skin is hyper sensitive ive tried a ton of different skincare products but when i use them i wake up with a bright red dermatitis rash around my mouth the hurts and it last around 2-3 days
