    Thanks Terry for the great kedgeree recipe it's got me through some hard times and you know getting on the tangerine everyday and cooking up kedgeree on a Friday night gets me through life so thanks terry

    I got a tip on boiling eggs,,,, always put your eggs in boiling water and apparently the meat shrinks away from the shell,,,, I've done it three times and peeling is so easy and the eggs are perfect

    Spot on from Mr Oliver again. All his recipes are accessible and work really well. I haven't been inspired by a single Gordan Ramsey recipe yet...

      Jamie doesn't know how to cook rice. If it's wet or you need to rinse it afterwards, you've fucked up. But if you think washing your rice before cooking isn't necessary, you also don't know how to cook rice.

      Oh, yes. It was quite a common breakfast in stately homes. It used to be made from yesterday's leftovers.

      Yes really.
      This was common knowledge when it was more popular.
      On a hot summers day it can be served cold outdoors or out of a chill box at a picnic.
