decrease the distance between the load and the blades, the more the idstance the more balancing forces occurs. very nice job indeed

Very cool! maybe a tad bit too sensitive, but much more stable now.

Yeah.. the first version of rotor head there was a flaw in the design in respect to how flybar rotor head works.

Aiight bruv :) very well done :) would you like it to be a bit more controllable? flatten the pitch of the main blades (maybe warm them up and flatten them with weights?) and spin the head faster :) remember playing with spinning tops? the faster you spin them the more stable they become :) same with helicopter headspeeds ;) i used to build and fly helis back in the day :)

Dude this is awesome! Proof of concept thru to flight. 4 channel fixed pitch heli is a great starting point. Wouldn't have thought of using the 90° flybar over the 45° balance bar - great work figuring that out. Very impressive!
6 channel collective pitch next? Can't wait to see your progress.

I would love but I live in a country where things are not easy to get.. can be expensive to buy parts online especially helicopters parts.
It will take me a while but eventually I will.

This is awesome! Thought about upgrading to a 6ch rotor head? Or even more complex, a 6ch coax?

Yo cubro con resina las piezas impresas en 3D y después las pulo para darles un acabado fino. Y la resina aglomera y repara los pequeños, detalles de la impresión en 3D

Fantastic work bro. From Kenya. Some questions though: Do you program your flight controller with Betaflight or such to assist in stability? Do you think this can be used for FPV, with the additional weight of VTX and camera? Would a bigger motor/ longer blades change performance? Great effort here.

      To answer your question
There’s no flight controller of sort on the helicopter.
It can be used for fpv but with a flight controller this time
      The bigger the better

El otro diseño no dio buenos resultados y se rompió. Pero este fue excelente.... Vuela perfecto y muy estable.
