There's Al at his best!! Awesome job Al! Scraps is coming along great, you do make doing Quarter panels easy even though it's not, thanks for teaching me a few things and thanks for sharing, have a great evening and take care bud!!
Great work Al! Your videos are well done and are helping to give me an idea of what lays ahead of me on my own '69 Camaro. I already have the metal, but really like watching your work so I can learn some more before diving in on mine. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming!
Hi Al, your doing a great job don't know where you get all that energy to do what you do. Your going to Buffalo to get another car?? Now?? Hope your truck is a 4x4 and you bring along some guys with snow shovels. I think you'll need them from what I saw on the news. We don't have any snow here yet but a lot of cold. Take care on those roads! What a car guy, braving the elements for your car habit. Stay warm! Dale 😎

I know it's a lot of work, but you should insulate and drywall your garage. I know, "when you have time". The insulation would keep you warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. Just a thought. Scraps is coming along! Looks good!
I'm wondering if using Rockwood insolation and other things like sound board on the walls so nieghbors don't complain about noise coming from the garage when working on cars.
Nice job fitting those quarters, I’ve worked with aftermarket parts before, and they don’t just fall into place. I don’t think they manufactured to many 69 Camaros in Taiwan, or China back then! LOL 😂
@ With parts made in the USA, not overseas. If in fact that statement is accurate, I’m not doubting you, just never heard of this being so. I take it you’re a Pontiac man? 😉👍
Hello Al, It looks like the 1/4 panels are going to work out the metal work it's my favorite on these old F bodies keep it going brother you are just like me we don't give up
@@firstgenerationgarage2803 Hello Louie, it should be a fun car for someone to just drive the wheels off it and enjoy with no worries. A lot of people ask why don’t I go all the way and mint it out. The reason is I was talking with a friend of mine who is a big car guy and he was saying that these cars have gotten so expensive that his kids won’t be able to afford one and be able to enjoy them like we did, that’s when I started building affordable cars that you can sit on the fenders like the old days. The mustang is going to be a high end build but I’m going to drive the wheels off it and not worry about it LOL. You are so right the prices of everything even the fluids for these cars are so expensive. Great job on your videos I enjoy them very much. Keep up the awesome work 👍🏼AL

Would it be easier to spot weld the quarter if you cut out the rusty inner panel and add it back later?
