Bummer on the Engine. Good luck on the rebuild and the channel. Watched a couple of other videos you did. I’m a Mopar guy but my Dad just gave my son his 55 Chevy Crew cab like yours so I subbed.
Valves hitting the pistons on all the cylinders? How much lift did that cam have?
If I was a betting man I'd bet your bearing wasn't installed right rod cap flipped wrong was or something.
