I think it has sideways ram, but haven't tried my games on it to see if they are compatible. Do you know if my Astro Blaster has in game samples speech - it should show at the bottom of the launch screen where it has found sideways ram or not.

Could you please put a link for your chip pulling tool? I would like to buy the same. Also would you mind posting the instructions for the rom expansion? Just a couple of images will do.

The tool I bought secondhand no idea I'd look on eBay. The instructions come with the board when you buy one.

@@MatthewNorthMusic I'm still waiting for Steve to build some more. Did order one last year but it got lost in the post. If you could share the instructions, I'd like to read them. I'm reading BBC machine code and assembly language books at present. Oh if you could show your chip pulling tool from different angles I will try to make one. I've ordered some pin headers and will try to repair some old boards while I wait for Steve's next batch of pcbs.

Have you tried the boobip eerom and ram expansions? They are not as all encompassing as the ifel board, but are great little add-ons and very easy to fit. I'm not affiliated, but have a few.

I've never owned an external floppy.

I haven't looked at your other videos yet, but have you tried my gotek and mmc menu system available from start dot?
