I love kagura and lesley anual skin because kagura's skin make the battle field more decorated with flowers while Lesley's ultimate is just perfection and the hawks wings looks cool
I think the reason why they didn't add some of the effects on hawkeyed sniper is that because they don't want this skin to be better than her Legend and Collector, but moonton has no more choices because it's false advertising so I guess they just optimized it or maybe it's just a bug, I agree with moonton, that this skin is better than any of her skin.

My rating from worst to best 5 Neon Lightwheel 6/10 In my opinion this skin looks kinda weird because of the colors but i still like it. 4 Experiment 21 7.5/10 I love this skin because of how unique the first skills and the model of the skin is nice too. 3 No.1 Controller 8/10 By far gord's best skin and it's so much more better than his legend skin. 2 Hawk-eyed Sniper I can't get over how much i love this skin's effects. The lightning or electric details are very cool and the hawk in the 3rd skill too. 1 Water Lily 10/10 Do i even need to explain?

Honestly I'm not sure to either pick Gord or Karrie skin. I didn't pick Kagura because I have her BTC skin and for Hayabusa I already have his normal starlight skin and I want a skin for my Gord or Karrie since they both don't have a fancy skin. It's just that I have a case in which I like using Karrie but I like Gord's model and skill effects more, although to be fair I don't use those two heroes that often but I can play both MM and Mage (Most likely would go for Gord tho, but still thinking more about it)
