It’s not their animation work? All of these animations are just taken from the ones Square Enix made for the game.
None of this is made by this person. It 100% is repurposed assets from the game that anyone could do with the VFXedit plugin.

they rly should've made the whm into a nature mage considering that we start as a conjurer and all the story that comes with that. The conjurer has so much to do with plants, nature and taking care of it that it would make sense to follow that line for a job.

@@arkboi2145 "Green mages" already are a thing in the Final Fantasy universe. They're a class that specialize in buffing allies and debuffing enemies. Spells like Protect and Blind are green magics.
A druid would be cool tho. Could be a tank or a melee "magic" wielding class. Maybe something like the dancer that's focusing on buffing the party instead of doing just damage. Iirc the dancer gives some offensive buffs, so maybe a druid could give more defensive buffs.
Well green mage is all but officially confirmed so get ready for that

a bit out of topic but, i got an error "could not locate data files, please reinstall ffxiv" when i cast flare on your dimensional mage, how do i fix this?
@@allyon3342 Maybe it's because you don't the Endwalker expansion pack. You can download the latest version, which has a new patch for it.

The work you did on the effects is obviously outstanding as everybody has said, but this video you put together is on a whole other level. This is professional studio-level work, and if you enjoy doing then then 100% include it on your resume.
The quality on the showcase and the animations itself+particle effects its by far one of the best i seen this is amazing!

This is absolutely ASTOUNDING. While it's not my flavor of WHM, the work you've put in to not only the VFX but the animations is mind blowing. I mean the video alone is so well edited!
They didn’t make any of these VFX nor the animations. They’re taken from ones created by Square Enix that already exist in the game.
@@CadeAid1 I know that. But mods like this still take an ENORMOUS amount of effort to do. It's not just copy and pasting stuff over. I was complimenting the application of stuff, not the creating of it.
@@SailorYen89 It really doesn't take a lot of time. Anyone who knows how to use the tools can change VFX in like 10 minutes.
@@akiramasashi9317 But the thought, the planning, the merging of VFX combined with finding animations that work. It really is a LOT of effort. If you can create this mod pack in 10 mins I'd be surprised lol.
@@SailorYen89 It's really not hard work at all, it's just tedious because the tools are shit and unintuitive. If you want to pay out the ass for every new version to save yourself a tiny bit of effort then by all means go ahead.

Beautiful. It really just builds on the already flowery 90 WHM spells. Some of those like Holy III didn't even need a change, still gorgeous. I love the forest feel of it. WHM really should be this considering the lore.

This is a great idea. I never considered mods to be able to overhaul whole classes and change their aesthetic but keeping the gameplay the same. It’s so refreshing

@@pres002 But they have a stance against modding, they don't like it and they don't actively support it. We would actually get more and higher quality stuff if SFW content was sold ingame, and creators could profit from their work.

This is beautiful. Congratulations on all your surely hard work, you have made something truly special. In many ways, it feels like a more lore faithful transcendence of Conjurer than White Mage itself, as flowers need the four elements most often associated with WHM to thrive: Earth, Water, Wind and Light

Honestly. This is what I wanted whm to be. It uses the aether of nature so I wanted more nature like animations and looks to its magic and that lb. Put such a smile on my face. Beautiful in so many ways especially alongside the song

The elpis flower on Benediction and the wonderful stag animation alone are just...chef's kiss.
Edit: And the limit break with that music and how you framed it....it summoned onion cutting ninjas to my room. It's too powerful.
This is beyond amazing. The level of High quality effort makes so many other VFXs pale in comparison. Really showing the lengths and limits VFXs can go to that change the entire class feel and play
