Just picked up the Truthear Hexa myself. $60 USD is a steal for an IEM that good. Considering I paid around $20 for the Hola at the time of release, I think it's easily a 3x upgrade to justify the price. Hopefully they fit well, the nozzle size is slightly bigger but it's not as big as the Zero so with the right tips I should be safe.
Just copped aful p5's, I've seen vids showing that they're good enough with gaming so I'm gonna be gaming with them sm :D they didn't have as much of a discount as yours but like $60 off is still nice

If you’re an iPhone user, get the Apple Dongle. (Apple dongle has decent sound and works well for phone calls if the IEM has no microphone by using iPhones internal mics. Third party dongles sometimes screw it up.) For Android, any of the JCally dongles should do a fine job (JM6 Pro, JM7).
If you’re willing to stretch your budget to $100 there are some crazy good options like that NiceHck F1 Pro or Letshouer S8. Kefine Delci is an amazing and extremely versatile choice. F1 Pro will give you a sound presentation like you’ve never heard before, if you are used to wireless buds or affordable headphones. S8 is somewhere in between F1 and Delci.
There's really no such thing as a beginner. These are output devices that require little to no operating. It's best to test if you can, and many of these sites have a return window. For example the most recommended pair of budget ears (the zero and the zero red) are unusable to me due to nozzle diameter. It's about sound profile. Go for Harman tuned if you're listening to a wide range of music or modern music. If you're actually using them for work it becomes a lot more specific as to your job. The only time I felt happy about purchasing a truthear hexa (a very hyped item from a year or two ago) was when I was monitoring vocal tracks for work as the slightest sizzle or pop was clear. They suck for enjoyment to me.
