This tool is a godsend. I have been fighting my hearing aids since I got them. I do have small ear canals, and that is part of my problem. I ordered one, unpacked it and seconds later inserted my hearing aids on the first try. Thanks for inventing this. I will order more, and put one in my shaving kit for travel, so I always have one at hand.
I just bought one of these tools. I had been struggling since I paid crazy money for a Phonak hearing aid and I simply could not get them in with my fat thumbs and fingers. It arrived in the mail. Out of the box, insert the aid in the tool, and into the ear canal. Just like that. So pleased with this. I was ready to return the hearing aid. But just last weekend I did get them in, and I could hear the piccolo in the Souza Stars and Stripes March at a concert and it was so good, so I really wanted to keep them. And now I can!
Perfect. Just what I am needing. To possibly increase your sales try going to the VA audio folks. The VA hands out Phonics brand behind the ear and provides all consumables. Great customer if you can get to the right person. Go to the audio folks, not ENT. Best of luck and nice job.
The VA will NEVER buy this...they never buy from private contractors. They think we have no abilities to do things. They always underestimate our abilities.
