Legitimately excited for this knife. Now to start lying to myself about which knives I'll sell to justify this purchase... (I very rarely sell knives, but I love telling myself that I *could* get $300 for this one, $150 for that one, so it's totally ok to buy a new one 😂)

I love a knife with multiple deployment methods and this adds multiple lock access methods? Hot diggity! I wish it were going to be a bit more affordable but that's just the poor talking. Hey, give future you a raise. He puts a lot of work into these videos.
Just placed my pre-order for the Smoke/Knurled option. The gold fat carbon ltd was tempting but I decided against it. Now I’m gonna try to forget about it and get a nice surprise next summer.

It’s perfect perfect blade shape perfect size deployment for days premium materials and the perfect closing method to really enjoy the action bc you don’t have to worry about the finger getting cut off or in half

It’s a very cool design and I have to agree with you that in this day and age we can start to expect multiple deployments and multi use closing mechanisms which is quite exciting. Glad this bad boy got your chassis lubed up because I think this will be a hit!

@@TristateEDC, I love that button lock release feature but don't like the flat blade if it had a subtile curve I probably would have got one. Also it's too big IMO (for a daily carry) too bad it wasn't more of a mid size which IMO is the best of both worlds

This is a dark grey dlc and it appears a bit darker in person I’d say. The other option is blue ano.

im so tired of knives with a huge finger choil, it takes blade length away and makes the knife-hand ratio poor. It just looks awkward. that is such a nice knife I'd but it without that choil, oh well.
