not woeking at all in dragging downwards by using column(B1), here always coming the first value to the downwards cells of that column.
update: it works when I used Columns(B1:C1) and without locking anything. [This works but this is not right way. ]

I use to have 60-70 lacs row data with 87 columns, divided in 7 sheets every sheet 10 lac data every month. I have to prepare summary and lookup frequently, please suggest the way, excel get stuck 780 mb excel file.

When you lock first column, then how come it picks up the next names value correctly? When I am locking column then all below values are I am getting same as i locked first column

You can do it by using ifs + AND formula
=ifs(AND(select name cell = "replace with criteria name"),I'd number,AND(select name cell = "replace with criteria2 name"),I'd number,AND(select name cell = "replace with criteria3 name"),I'd number) [you can add more filed according to your requirements] then enter and drag it down.

I downloaded your file and add next sheet and used the formula of vlookup but didn't use any column reference in formula and all my data was same. Nothing happened. Please tell me why did you use column reference when we are getting the data exactly same?
