It is nice of CVG airport (in Kentucky) to fly the Ohio flag opposite the Kentucky flag, with Indiana's flag outside of Ohio's. What is that pale blue and yellow flag outside of Kentucky's? And why were all the flags at half mast on this day?

Did not know that Delta flew such a short flight on the B764 (except for MCO sometimes). I'll need to try it some day. :)
