    Does your bread machine have the Knead and resting setting together? If it does do you let it complete the full kneading and resting cycle?

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  2 месяца назад +1

      @@Sports_Geek While my bread machine doesn't have a specific 'knead and resting' setting, it does a fantastic job of automatically cycling through kneading and resting phases. The entire process takes about 68 minutes. While the individual knead and rest times may be short, they seem to be perfectly timed to produce a great pizza dough.
      It's worth noting that the ideal settings can vary depending on the specific bread machine model and the type of flour used. Experimenting a bit to find the perfect combination for your setup is key to achieving consistently great results. ✅
      Have you tried using your bread machine to make pizza dough?

    • @Sports_Geek
      @Sports_Geek 2 месяца назад

      @@bestintaste Yes, I have. It turned out okay. the reason i ask is because i want to use the machine just for the kneading the part, and then cold ferment the dough in the fridge. My machine does the Kneading and resting together. Do you think i can cold ferment it after the entire cycle(Kneading and resting) is complete? The pizza recipes i'm trying the bakers knead the dough by hand or in a stand mixer and then cold ferment the dough for 24hrs. I'm wondering how to achieve that with my bread machine

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  2 месяца назад

      @@Sports_Geek That's a great idea! I haven't personally tried that method, but it's definitely worth experimenting with. You could try kneading the dough in the bread machine for the full cycle, then shape it and transfer it to a cold, covered container for the 24-hour fermentation.
      I'm curious to know how it turns out. Please share your results! If it works well, it could be a game-changer for many home cooks. I might even do a video on it myself.

      Certainly!       @bestintaste  9 месяцев назад +2

      Thank you for your comment. The natural sugars present in the flour are sufficient for fermentation in the recipe we shared. We have tested this recipe multiple times with consistent results and would encourage you to try it.
      Regarding the extra dough, you can definitely make a delicious loaf of bread with it! Simply shape the dough into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for about 30 minutes to an hour, until it has doubled in size. Then, bake it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius) for approximately 30 minutes, or until it's golden brown.

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks for your feedback! 😊 While there are various flours you can use for pizza dough, the choice depends on the style of pizza you’re aiming for and the type of oven you have. Here are some options:
      Bread Flour: Bread flour is a high-protein flour that works well in any home oven. It’s perfect for making pizza with a high-rising crust. If you’re going for a New York-style pizza, bread flour is a great choice.
      Tipo 00: If you’re aiming for Neapolitan pizza, Tipo 00 flour is ideal. However, it requires a high-temperature oven for that light and airy bite.
      All-Purpose Flour: All-purpose flour is another high-protein option. While it won’t rise as high as bread flour, it’s still delicious and versatile.
      Remember that the texture and flavor will vary based on your flour choice. Since this recipe has been tested and loved by many followers, you’re definitely on the right track! Happy pizza-making! 🍕🙌
