    How long does the dough last for before needing to be cooked?

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  4 месяца назад +3

      Once the dough is prepared, it's best to bake it within 24 hours for optimal freshness. However, you can refrigerate the dough for up to 3 days. Just make sure to bring it back to room temperature before baking. Enjoy your homemade pizza dough!

    Hi, thanks for the recipe. Question, doesn’t it need sure for the yeast ? And if I want to make a loaf of bread with the extra dough. How long should I cook it and temp? Thanks.

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  5 месяцев назад +2

      Thank you for your comment. The natural sugars present in the flour are sufficient for fermentation in the recipe we shared. We have tested this recipe multiple times with consistent results and would encourage you to try it.
      Regarding the extra dough, you can definitely make a delicious loaf of bread with it! Simply shape the dough into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for about 30 minutes to an hour, until it has doubled in size. Then, bake it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius) for approximately 30 minutes, or until it's golden brown.

      Certainly! If your Frigidaire bread machine (amzn.to/48qB9eM) has the "raw dough" setting and allows you to adjust the time for 75 minutes, you can definitely use that setting to prepare the pizza dough. Simply follow the same process of adding all the ingredients to the bread machine, selecting the "raw dough" setting, and adjusting the time to 75 minutes. Once the dough is ready, you can proceed to make your delicious sheet pan pizza. If you give the recipe a try, we'd love to hear about your experience! Enjoy your homemade pizza creation! 🍕

    So I followed this recipe to the letter and I've read all the comments, as well as the rebuttals. This recipe was a fail for me. Quality ingredients were used. Not enough water. Too much flour. Came out twice as thick as needed and way too dense. Your responses to people who say this recipe is a flawed are to just reject the review and reiterate the awesomeness of your recipe. I've made many pizza doughs in my life, but this one falls far short of many others I've tried.

      @@jimmyjones2896 Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the recipe didn’t meet your expectations. I stand by it, but I know results can vary with bread machines. Recipe does not give which type of flour to use, best not use all purpose flour, you may not be happy with results.

    • @bestintaste
      @bestintaste  3 месяца назад +1

      Thanks for your feedback! 😊 While there are various flours you can use for pizza dough, the choice depends on the style of pizza you’re aiming for and the type of oven you have. Here are some options:
      Bread Flour: Bread flour is a high-protein flour that works well in any home oven. It’s perfect for making pizza with a high-rising crust. If you’re going for a New York-style pizza, bread flour is a great choice.
      Tipo 00: If you’re aiming for Neapolitan pizza, Tipo 00 flour is ideal. However, it requires a high-temperature oven for that light and airy bite.
      All-Purpose Flour: All-purpose flour is another high-protein option. While it won’t rise as high as bread flour, it’s still delicious and versatile.
      Remember that the texture and flavor will vary based on your flour choice. Since this recipe has been tested and loved by many followers, you’re definitely on the right track! Happy pizza-making! 🍕🙌
