    Grains and most fruits have lots of carbohydrates that increase blood glucose which is inflammatory to arteries.

    Oily, Salty and Milk is a nah to me 😭 I always eating Fish soup, Meat soup, I always have this None Salty foods Fruits and Vegetables helps me a lot I always drink water rather than any Dairy or Soda products

    Grains are not necessary for fibre! There is nothing in grains that you can’t get from fruit and veg. This is a bit outdated...time for a redo!

      @@allencrider I think it is lame to say grains are an excellent food. So we are even. Lol…just kidding, but seriously, to each their own. Shouldn’t be judgement either way, right? Grains are not necessary for fibre. That statement is simply fact. You CAN in fact get fibre from fruit and veg. If you choose to eat grains, that is cool, but some of us can’t. So it is good to know those of us who can’t, can still get our daily fibre requirement without them. Can’t be a lame comment if it is true!
