  • This light, tropical ice cream is made with blended fresh mango, coconut cream, coconut milk, shredded unsweetened coconut, and macadamia nuts. It is sweetened slightly with Splenda, and I added a touch of Tahitian vanilla. I decided to add a bit of honey after the first spin.
    This dessert is not overly sweet and the flavors are subtle. It's perfect for a warm summer day and reminiscent of suntan lotion at the beach.
