That is exactly what was wrong. We popped the bar out, cleaned a giant wad of golden retriever hair, and replaced it. I do believe that the hair was preventing the bar from spinning at it's normal pace - prior to the multiple error messages, his battery was draining after an a limited time of vacuuming. We would have to wait for the robot to recharge. Not so anymore! Steve McClean is back to work and working beautifully Thanks so much!
I have tried everything possible even replacing sensor and stuff and it still gives me error 2. the only thing left is to replace the wheels, any suggestions? thank you!
