Thank you. The trick for mine was to cycle the power after cleaning the filters. My model you have to hold down the clean button 5-9 seconds. Then power back on.

Wow… I let my vac sit for months not wanting to disassemble it. Turns out there was a piece of dog kibble and it took one second to fix 😅 thank you!

Worked perfectly, had a bit of wire stuck in the flap of the vacuum. Pulled the wire out and viola, vacuum is working again.

That is the dust bin it's talking about. The other thing is called the charging base.
I just bought this and had no idea there is more than one dust bin.
Just checked mine had 2 inch nail in the dust bin 😅
