Those modern stadium nowadays are rubbish. They give you the impression you're in a Wallmart. Serie B stadiums are still looking like footballstadiums. The way they should be.

As a italian you're right. The only moderns stadiums are Druso, Mapei and San Nicola where Bari is making a very large restyling. The other stadiums are so bad. For some stadiums there are project for restyling (Parma, Spezia and Ascoli) but we don't know when they begin.
